Pod sloganom &#8220;Va\u0161a sigurnost i udobnost su na\u0161 prioritet&#8221; ETF podru\u017enice \u0107e organizirati akcije u 11 europskih zemalja kako bi se podigla svijest o klju\u010dnoj ulozi vlakopratnog osoblja za sigurnost putnika.<\/p>\n<p>Vlakopratno osoblje nije tu samo u ulozi kontrolora karata putnika. Osoblje na vlaku ima vitalnu ulogu u osiguravanju sigurnosti putnika i \u017eeljezni\u010dkih radnika, oni su posebno obu\u010deni za postupanje u neugodnim situacijama ili nesre\u0107ama i osiguravaju udobnost putnika pru\u017eanjem pomo\u0107i svim kategorijama putnika. Nedavni doga\u0111aji, poput napada na \u00a0vlaku Thalys u ljeto 2015. ili teroristi\u010dke prijetnje pokazale su \u010dak i vi\u0161e potrebu da se zadr\u017ei osoblje u vlakovima.<\/p>\n<p>U tijeku liberalizacije \u017eeljezni\u010dkog sektora dolazi do uvo\u0111enja takozvanih &#8220;razaraju\u0107ih&#8221; novih poslovnih modela koji \u017eeljeznici prilago\u0111avaju low-cost modele ve\u0107 ukorijenjene u civilnom zrakoplovstvu i cestovnom prometu.<\/p>\n<p>Novi poslovni model kad je \u017eeljeznica u pitanju te\u017ei ve\u0107oj upotrebi &#8221; vlaka sjene &#8220;, vlakova na kojima nema vlakopratnog osoblja, nego samo strojovo\u0111a, pa \u010dak razvijaju i eksperimentiraju sa vlakovima bez strojovo\u0111a.<\/p>\n<p>Ova kratkoro\u010dna financijska logika, \u017ertvovanja sigurnosti kako bi smanjili tro\u0161kove, je u suprotnosti s rastu\u0107om potrebom za sigurnost putnika i \u017eeljezni\u010dkih radnika u kolodvorima i u vlakovima.<\/p>\n<p>Brojne aktivnosti u okviru kampanje provode se u ETF \u010dlanicama\u00a0 u Belgiji, Bugarskoj, Danskoj, Francuskoj, Njema\u010dkoj, Luksemburgu, Nizozemskoj, Norve\u0161koj, \u0160vedskoj, \u0160vicarskoj i Velikoj Britaniji.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"5gn07-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"5gn07-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"5gn07-0-0\"><strong><span data-offset-key=\"5gn07-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Manjak osoblja i industrijske akcije oko uloge konduktera uzrokovale su mjesece prekida na britanskoj ju\u017enoj \u017eeljezni\u010dkoj mre\u017ei<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"5n60-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"5n60-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5n60-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"850rv-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"850rv-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"850rv-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">RMT, najve\u0107i sindikat transportnih radnika u Velikoj Britaniji u sporu je s velikim privatnim \u017eeljezni\u010dkim operaterom GTR Southern. Sindikat ovaj spor smatra industrijskim sporom o sigurnosti putnika i gubitku kvalificiranih konduktera, obu\u010denih reagirati u kriti\u010dnim sigurnosnim situacijama u vlakovima. Ali to ima ogromne implikacije na osoblje u cijeloj zemlji.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"7q27u-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"7q27u-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7q27u-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Privatni operateri su kroz smanjivanje standarda i razine \u017eeljezni\u010dke sigurnosti doveli do situacije da \u0107e kondukteri i \u010duvari na vlakovima biti otpu\u0161tani kao nepotrebni.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"38nvb-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"38nvb-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"38nvb-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Time se predvi\u0111a da \u0107e se u Velikoj Britaniji, preko svih koncesije, u\u0161tedjeti 2,1 milijarde \u00a3 u 20 godina. To je razlog za\u0161to je Vlada odlu\u010dna produljiti fran\u0161izu kompaniji GTR Southern, najve\u0107oj u zemlji, dok istovremeno \u017eeli poraziti sindikat RMT. Kao i u prethodnim borbama u povijesti RMT je sada poslao jasnu poruku: &#8220;Ujedinjeni smo ja\u010di, razjedinjeni propadamo&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"cgpf4-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"cgpf4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"cgpf4-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"83hmv-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"83hmv-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"83hmv-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">\u017deljezni\u010dka kompanije Southern je nudila radnicima &#8211; kondukterima po 2000 funti za prekid \u0161trajka &#8211; &#8220;samo&#8221; su trebali potpisati promjenu ugovora o radu i umjesto izvr\u0161nog osoblja postai kontrolor karata.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"ckd6f-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"ckd6f-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"ckd6f-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"30sl6-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"30sl6-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"30sl6-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Sindikat RMT ve\u0107 je odr\u017eao osmodnevni \u0161trajk i najavio je organiziranje jo\u0161 14 dana \u0161trajka zbog dugotrajnog spora oko uloge konduktera u vlakovima.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"fiup9-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"fiup9-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fiup9-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"9eak5-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"9eak5-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"9eak5-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Sindikat je rekao da nema izbora, ali da poduzima akciju protiv onog \u0161to smatra &#8220;napadnom nebrigom za sigurnost i za\u0161titu putnika i osoblja pod istim uvjetima&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"14d13-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"14d13-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"14d13-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"5lkfg-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"5lkfg-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5lkfg-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Poslodavac je sindikalnu akciju nazvao \u201esramotnom\u201c i tiskao letke koje su dijelili putnicima pozivaju\u0107i ih da na adresu sindikata po\u0161alju poruku kao se osje\u0107aju zbog \u0161trajka.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"89d9h-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"89d9h-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"89d9h-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"ca7jb-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"ca7jb-0-0\"><strong><span data-offset-key=\"ca7jb-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Tko bi pomislio da \u0107e najuspje\u0161niju PR kampanju za @RMTunion provesti upravo <\/span><\/span><span class=\"_5u8n\" spellcheck=\"false\" data-offset-key=\"ca7jb-1-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"ca7jb-1-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">#southernrail<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"cvehe-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"cvehe-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"cvehe-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"cvehe-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Poslodavci su se vrlo brzo suo\u010dili s bijesnim reakcijama putnika koji su prozreli njihov poku\u0161aj iskori\u0161tavanja dru\u0161tvenih medija za pritisak frustriranih putnika protiv sindikata. Deseci putnika su odmah reagirali, ali ne na na\u010din na koji su se \u017eeljezni\u010dki \u0161efovi nadali.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"8pi2u-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"8pi2u-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"8pi2u-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"2mol4-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"2mol4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2mol4-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Putnici su iskoristili priliku da iska\u017eu svoju potporu sindikatu i ljutnju prema kompaniji GTR Southern.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"895da-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"895da-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"895da-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e poruke putnika kompaniji bile su: &#8220;Doveli ste do ovoga sami, Va\u0161i putnici trpe&#8221; <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1uiip\" data-offset-key=\"29g8s-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"29g8s-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"29g8s-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Putnik Simon Cox je napisao: \u201eNe volim sindikate, ali jo\u0161 manje volim nekompetentan menad\u017ement\u201c<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"29g8s-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"29g8s-0-0\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/\u0160to-putnici-ka\u017eu.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6716\" src=\"http:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/\u0160to-putnici-ka\u017eu-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"sto-putnici-kazu\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/\u0160to-putnici-ka\u017eu-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/\u0160to-putnici-ka\u017eu.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"29g8s-0-0\">\n<p>Sli\u010dan \u0161trajk zbio se sa \u0160kotskim \u017eeljezni\u010dkim operaterom ScotRail i rije\u0161en je nakon \u0161to je zajam\u010den drugi \u010dlan osoblja u svim vlakovima.
