Uprava je radni\u010dkim predstavnicima dostavila \u00a0na savjetovanje Prijedlog pravilnika o radu H\u017d Infrastrukture d.o.o. Ne bi to bilo nimalo neobi\u010dno da to nije u\u010dinila dok istovremeno teku kolektivni pregovori.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Ponu\u0111enim Prijedlogom Pravilnika o radu, koji svodi prava radnika na zakonski \u00a0minimum i jednostrano trajno regulira njihova umanjenja, poslodavac \u017eeli osigurati preduvjete\u00a0u slu\u010daju ne sklapanja novog \u00a0Kolektivnog ugovora do 30. 11. 2016. godine \u00a0u dru\u0161tvu H\u017d Infrastruktura koji bi omogu\u0107ili nastavak primjene\u00a0neprihvatljivog Pravilnika o radu.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Povjerenici u funkciji RV i sindikati zajedni\u010dkim su o\u010ditovanjem Upravi ocijenili\u00a0dostavljeni Prijedlog Pravilnika o radu dru\u0161tva H\u017d Infrastrukture u cijelosti neprihvatljivim.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Zatra\u017eeno je da se \u017eurno stave van snage i \u00a0da se obustave sve radnje koje su zapo\u010dete u vezi s \u00a0dono\u0161enjem Pravilnika.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Neopravdana poslodav\u010deva namjera smanjenja mjese\u010dnih primanja radnika ali i umanjenja i ukidanja materijalnih prava radnika koja se odnose na dodatke na pla\u0107u, posebno se odnosi na:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Smanjivanje dodataka na:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u2981 radni sta\u017e \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 pla\u0107e.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Pripravnost<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Smanjenje s 15% na 5% za sate provedene u pripravnosti i predla\u017ee se reguliranje obvezne pripravnosti samo u ugovoru o radu, a pri tom se izostavlja reguliranje tog prava Kolektivnim ugovorom i izbjegava savjetovanje sa sindikatima i radni\u010dkim vije\u0107ima pri dono\u0161enju Odluka o pripravnosti i pozivu na rad.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Prijevoz na posao<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Predla\u017ee se jednoobrazno rje\u0161avanje prava na prijevoz isplatom 360 kuna ili P2D karta.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Solidarne pomo\u0107i<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>ukinuta pomo\u0107 za bolovanje du\u017ee od 90 dana \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2500 kuna<\/div>\n<div>uvedena pomo\u0107 za bolovanje du\u017ee od 180 dana \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2500 kuna.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Nagrada za vjernost dru\u0161tvu (jubilarna nagrada) \u00a0&#8211; predla\u017ee se njezino ukidanje.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Predla\u017ee se smanjivanje iznosa za otpremnine.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Predla\u017ee se smanjivanje broja dana godi\u0161njeg odmora.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Predla\u017ee se ukidanje prava na dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Osim gore navedenoga poslodavac i dalje ne predvi\u0111a cjelovito rje\u0161avanje sustava cijena sata rada i to na na\u010din da se izvr\u0161i vrednovanje rada radnika prema istoj stru\u010dnoj spremi i slo\u017eenosti poslova, ve\u0107 i nadalje ostavlja veliki nesrazmjer i razlike u cijenama sata rada unutar sustava.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Zaklju\u010dno<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Obra\u0107anjem Upravi predlo\u017eeno je da se u dobroj vjeri, uz uva\u017eavanje socijalnog partnerstva, radnopravna i materijalna prava radnika u dru\u0161tvu H\u017d Infrastruktura d.o.o. rije\u0161e u zapo\u010detom procesu kolektivnih pregovora o novom Kolektivnom ugovoru.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Ukoliko poslodavac i dalje nastavi s provo\u0111enjem radnji koje bi dovele do dono\u0161enja Pravilnika o radu taj \u0107e \u010din \u00a0biti smatran razlogom za prekid socijalnog dijaloga u dru\u0161tvu H\u017d Infrastruktura d.o.o.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ovakvim pristupom rje\u0161avanja nagomilanih problema, odnosno poku\u0161ajem dono\u0161enja Pravilnika o radu dok traju kolektivni pregovori poslodavac svakako pokazuje da ne pristupa pregovaranju o novom Kolektivnom ugovoru u
