Demografska situacija u \u017eeljezni\u010dkim kompanijama u kojima je prosje\u010dna starost radnika blizu 50 godina ne dopu\u0161ta vi\u0161e \u017eeljezni\u010dkom sektoru \u00a0funkcioniranje bez sposobnosti, vje\u0161tina i talenta koje imaju \u017eene. Da bi se \u017eene po\u010dele u ve\u0107em broju zapo\u0161ljavati u svim zanimanjima u \u017eeljezni\u010dkom sektoru potrebno je unijeti brojne pozitivne promjene koje \u0107e biti na korist svim radnicima u sektoru.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"hr\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Europska federacija radnika u prometu (ETF) i Zajednica europskih \u017eeljezni\u010dkih i infrastrukturnih kompanija (CER) zapo\u010dele su 16. listopada 2019. u Bruxellesu pregovore o sporazumu na razini EU-a usmjerenom na promicanje zapo\u0161ljavanja \u017eena u \u017eeljezni\u010dkom sektoru.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eEuropski socijalni dijalog je pravo mjesto za pregovaranje o u\u010dinkovitim mjerama za privla\u010denje \u017eena u sva profesionalna podru\u010dja \u017eeljezni\u010dkog sektora.&#8221; Rekao je Giorgio Tuti, predsjednik \u017eeljezni\u010dke sekcije ETF-a.<\/p>\n<p>Posljednji pregovori u \u017eeljezni\u010dkom sektoru odr\u017eavali su se prije 15 godina kada je ispregovaran\u00a0 Sporazum o\u00a0odre\u0111enim vidovima radnih uvjeta mobilnih radnika upu\u0107enih u interoperabilne prekograni\u010dne slu\u017ebe u\u00a0\u017eeljezni\u010dkom sektoru.<\/p>\n<p>Pregovori se odvijaju pod pokroviteljstvom Europske komisije i predvi\u0111a se da \u0107e trajati devet mjeseci. Pregovara\u010dke timove \u010dine osam predstavnika ETF-a i osam predstavnika CER-a.
