{"id":8236,"date":"2021-11-08T13:51:06","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T13:51:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.szh.hr\/?p=8236"},"modified":"2021-11-08T13:51:48","modified_gmt":"2021-11-08T13:51:48","slug":"potpisan-obvezujuci-sporazum-zene-na-zeljeznici","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.szh.hr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/08\/potpisan-obvezujuci-sporazum-zene-na-zeljeznici\/","title":{"rendered":"Potpisan obvezuju\u0107i sporazum \u017dene na \u017eeljeznici"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"hr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"hr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"de\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Sporazum.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-8240 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Sporazum-300x204.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Sporazum-300x204.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Sporazum-768x523.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Sporazum-1024x697.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.szh.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Sporazum-1080x735.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Dana 5. studenog 2021. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"hr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"hr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"de\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Zajednica europskih \u017eeljezni\u010dkih i infrastrukturnih tvrtki (<strong>CER<\/strong>), koja predstavlja poslodavce u \u017eeljezni\u010dkom sektoru, i Europska federacija prometnih radnika (<strong>ETF<\/strong>), koja predstavlja \u017eeljezni\u010dke radnike, slu\u017ebeno su potpisali<strong> autonomni sporazum \u017dene na \u017eeljeznici<\/strong> s ciljem promicanja zapo\u0161ljavanja \u017eena u sektoru.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"hr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"hr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"de\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"4\">Nakon pregovora koji su zapo\u010deli u listopadu 2019., posebno nakon 7 intenzivnih virtualnih rundi pregovora u svibnju i lipnju (zbog mjera COVID-19), <\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"hr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"de\" data-phrase-index=\"3\" data-number-of-phrases=\"4\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"hr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"de\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">postignut je pozitivan ishod zahvaljuju\u0107i vrijednom radu i predanosti obje delegacije. Glavna skup\u0161tina CER-a usvojila je sporazum 20. rujna, a \u017deljezni\u010dka sekcija ETF-a usvojila ga je 27. listopada, \u0161to je dovelo do zavr\u0161ne faze procesa: slu\u017ebenog potpisivanja sporazuma kojim se ozna\u010dava njegovo stupanje na snagu. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"hr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"hr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"de\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Cilj ovog sporazum je\u00a0 privu\u0107i vi\u0161e \u017eena u \u017eeljezni\u010dki sektor i pru\u017eiti \u017eenama ve\u0107u za\u0161titu i jam\u010diti jednak tretman na radnom mjestu zahvaljuju\u0107i brojnim mjerama dogovorenim pod naslovima op\u0107e politike ravnopravnosti spolova.<strong> Ove mjere pokrivaju podru\u010dja kao \u0161to su ciljevi, kako privu\u0107i vi\u0161e \u017eena u sektor, uskla\u0111ivanje posla i privatnog \u017eivota, promicanje i razvoj karijere, jednaka pla\u0107a, zdravlje i sigurnost, radno okru\u017eenje te prevencija seksualnog uznemiravanja i seksizma. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"hr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"hr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"de\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Sporazum je stupio na snagu potpisivanjem, a tvrtke sada imaju rok od 12 mjeseci za uspostavu politike rodne ravnopravnosti i raznolikosti unutar 24 mjeseca koliko je predvi\u0111eno za provedbu. Zatim \u0107e obje strane ponovno ocijeniti sporazum. Predstavnici Europske komisije, Joost Korte, glavni direktor Op\u0107e uprave za zapo\u0161ljavanje, i Charlotte Norlund-Matthiessen iz kabineta povjerenice za promet Adine Valeana, koji su oboje bili prisutni tijekom ceremonije potpisivanja, \u010destitali su izaslanstvima i srda\u010dno pozdravili sporazum. Istaknuli su kako je ovo veliko postignu\u0107e i posebno zna\u010dajno jer je ostvareno tijekom Europske godine \u017eeljeznice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"hr\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"hr\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"de\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"3\">Posljednji obvezuju\u0107i sporazum iz \u010dlanka 155.
